摘　　要：针对T市水务公司供水管网采集入库存在的效率低、质量难以保证等问题,提出一种供水管网内外业一体化的数据采集、质检、入库方案,并利用测绘、移动GIS等技术进行了系统设计与实现。该系统在某市自来水公司中得到实际应用,有效提高了整体作业效率,使管线测量成果更加规范,显著提高了入库数据的质量。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and difficult quality assurance in the collection and inventory of the water supply pipe network of T City Water Company,the author of this paper proposes a surveying,quality inspection and warehousing scheme that integrated mapping for field and indoor work of water supply pipe network,and uses surveying and mapping,mobile GIS and other technologies to design and implement the system.The system has been practically applied in a municipal water supply company,effectively improving the overall operation efficiency,making the pipeline measurement results more standardized,and significantly improving the quality of the inbound data.
