海洋经济全要素生产率测算的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,关于海洋经济全要素生产率测算与分析的研究较多,但尚未有文献对研究进展进行系统的综述。从海洋经济全要素生产率内涵及投入产出指标、测算分析以及海洋经济绿色全要素生产率的测算分析等方面进行文献梳理,系统总结了关于海洋经济全要素生产率测算的研究进展。通过梳理发现:已有研究多从资本、劳动、资源、技术等方面选择投入指标,将海洋生产总值作为产出指标,构建投入产出指标体系采用DEA-Malmquist指数法进行测算,实证分析多从海洋产业层面细化分析,后续研究可以结合新型生产要素及国家生态文明建设目标完善指标体系,并从各五年规划时期进行时空特征分析。In recent years,there are many studies on the measurement and analysis of total factor productivity of the marine economy,but there is no systematic review of the research progress in the literature.Based on the literature review on the connotation,input-output indicators,measurement and analysis of total factor productivity of the marine economy and the measurement and analysis of green total factor productivity of the marine economy,this paper systematically summarizes the research progress on the measurement of total factor productivity of the marine economy.Through sorting out,it is found that most of the existing studies choose input indicators from capital,labor,resources,technology and other aspects,take the gross marine product as the output indicator,build an input-output indicator system,and use DEA Malmquist index method for measurement.Empirical analysis is mostly detailed from the marine industry level.Subsequent research can improve the indicator system in combination with new production factors and national ecological civilization construction goals,And the time and space characteristics are analyzed from each five-year planning period.
