中美德日核心体育学者的国际学术影响力对比研究——基于学术迹测度方法

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑推理和文献计量等研究方法,借鉴普赖斯公式,以学术迹测度方法比较分析了中美德日核心体育学者的学术迹发展趋势。研究表明:中美德日核心体育学者的学术迹测度值以一种"正"走势不断增长,中国与美国、德国和日本等学术发达国家虽然存在一定差距,但是学术成果的产出数量与质量呈现较为稳定的增长趋势;中美德日学术迹产生波动的起因是成果扩散力度不够、学术传播渠道受阻和成果转换效力较弱;鉴于中美德日四国学术迹变化的动态对比,中国核心体育学者学术迹测度值的高低水平与其他三国相比处于劣势,且背后所体现的学术影响力存在缺位和缺失现象,但整体以一种线性姿态呈向上走势。研究建议:以高质量学术话语权建设目标为导向,创新推进我国体育学术评价改革方式;以国内外体育学科研究热点和学科发展方向为指南,敏锐捕捉体育学术热点话题,推动和扶持一批国内优秀体育学术期刊参与到国际话语权争夺之中,拓宽学术传播渠道,提升中国体育学者自身的学术积累量度。The study uses literature,logical reasoning,and bibliometric methods to compare and analyze the trend of aca-demic traces of core sports scholars in China,the United States,Germany and Japan with Price’s formula.The results of the study show that:the measure values of the academic traces of core sports scholars in China,the United States,Germa-ny,and Japan show an increasing trend with a highly“positive”correlation,and the quantity and quality of academic out-put of China and developed academic countries such as the United States,Germany,and Japan show a relatively stable in-creasing trend,although there is a certain gap;the fluctuation of academic traces in China,the United States,Germany and Japan is caused by the low proliferation of results,the obstruction of academic dissemination channels,and the weak con-version effectiveness of results;in view of the dynamic comparison of the changes of academic traces in China,the United States,Germany and Japan,the levels of the measure values of the academic traces of Chinese core sports scholars are at a disadvantage compared with the other three countries,and there is a lack of academic influence reflected behind the phe-nomenon,but the overall linear posture is upward.The study suggests that taking the goal of building high-quality academic discourse as direction,the reform methods of China’s sports academic evaluation should be innovated and promoted;taking the hot spots of sports discipline research and discipline development direction at home and abroad as guide,domestic scholars should acutely capture the hot topics of sports academics,promote and support a number of domestic excellent sports journals to participate in the international discourse competition,broaden academic communication channels,and en-hance the academic accumulation of Chinese sports scholars.
