摘　　要：深化慢性病防治的体医融合服务工作是推进健康中国战略的重要抓手。体医融合慢性病防治是一项系统工程,需要在明晰其内在逻辑的基础上,研制一套整体性的体系框架。基于矢量论和三级预防视角,立足运动干预慢性病的健康效益,构建了横向包括病前免疫预防、病中征兆预防、病后再患预防的梯次性预防层级和纵向包含体育运动防治、医疗卫生防治的互补性防治主线的慢性病防治体医融合服务体系网格化框架。遵循多元主体协同原则,提出政策引导、资金支持、效果监督的政府统筹推动,目标统一、资源整合、动力激励的部门协作推进,组织建设、业态升级、利益协调的社会参与推行的慢性病防治体医融合服务体系运行策略。Deepening the sports-medicine integration service for chronic disease prevention and treatment is an important starting point for implementing the Healthy China strategy.The chronic disease prevention and treatment by sports-medicine integration is a systematic project,and it is necessary to develop a holistic system framework on the basis of clarifying its internal logic.Based on the vector theory and tertiary prevention perspective,as well as the health benefits of exercise inter-vention in chronic disease,a grid framework of sports-medicine integration service system of chronic disease prevention and treatment is constructed,which includes a horizontal echelon prevention levels of pre-illness immune prevention,symptoms prevention in illness and post-illness prevention of disease recurrence,and a vertical complementary prevention line of sports prevention and healthcare prevention.In accordance with the principle of coordination of multiple subjects,this study puts forward an operation strategy of sports-medicine integration service system for chronic disease,which contains the government overall promotion of policy guidance,financial support and effect supervision,the department cooperation pro-motion of unified goal,resource integration and motivation incentive,and the social participation implementation of organi-zation construction,industry upgrading and interest coordination.
