摘 要:新形势下,山西旅行社业面临旅行社数量增加但总体竞争力不强、旅游市场热度不断提升而旅行社的经营压力并未减轻、游客消费习惯变化而旅行社产品创新能力不足、旅行社亟需复工复产但有效供给不足等困境。基于此,应从“人-货-场”的视角构建以“人”为牵引、以“货”为中心、以“场”为重点的旅行社创新发展路径,实现旅行社业的转型升级和高质量发展。In the current climate,the travel agent industry faces a dilemma.Specifically,the number of travel agencies has increased but the overall competitiveness is not strong,the tourism market is increasing in popularity while the pressure on travel agencies’operations is not reduced,changes in tourists’consumption habits and travel agencies’lack of product innovation ability,and travel agencies urgently need to resume work and production but the effective supply is insufficient.Based on this,Shanxi should build the path of travel agency innovation and development from the perspective of the“people-goods-field”.Taking“people”as the traction,“goods”as the center,and“field”as the focus,so as to realize the transformation and high-quality development of the travel agency industry.
