摘  要:创新创业教育是贯彻全国职业教育大会精神,提高职业教育质量的关键路径。本研究在借鉴美国“创业教育国家实践标准”“全美创业教育调查”的评价理念和指标设计,参照教育部“深化创新创业教育改革示范校”评价标准的基础上,从课程建设、教师素养、教学方式、实践实训、教育成效等五个方面,提出了18个二级指标和61个三级指标,尝试构建高职院校创新创业教育评价指标体系,旨在促进高职院校创新创业教育的发展,培育更多具备创新创业精神和能力的高素质技能型人才。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a crucial step toward completely implementing the spirit of the National Vocational Education Conference and improving the quality of vocational education.This study draws upon the evaluation concept and index design of the“National Practice Standards for Entrepreneurship Education”and“National Entrepreneurship Education Survey”in the United States,while also incorporating the Ministry of Education’s“Deepening Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform Demonstration School”evaluation criteria.By focusing on five key areas,including practical training and educational effectiveness,this study proposes 18 secondary indicators and 61 tertiary indicators,ultimately establishing an evaluation index system for innovation and entrepreneurship education in Fujian characteristic higher vocational colleges.The aim of the system is to promote the development of innovative and entrepreneurial education in higher vocational colleges and to cultivate more high-quality and skilled people with innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and flair.
