摘 要:为解决冷却油泵与变速器壳体间的泄露问题,论文以某款变速箱用冷却油泵密封垫片为例,在预紧工况下考虑垫片非线性因素,利用有限元分析软件得到了密封筋上面压的仿真结果,并与面压试验进行了对比,二者面压分布基本吻合,其平均误差约7.53%,验证了计算模型的准确性。此外,根据冷却油泵在热载荷和机械载荷的耦合作用,得到了各工况下螺栓的轴向载荷和密封筋上的面压。结果表明,所设计的密封垫片在密封筋上能够形成大于50MPa的封闭密封环,且螺栓轴向载荷也低于所允许的最大轴向载荷,满足了垫片的密封和螺栓强度的双重要求,同时也为后续垫片的设计及螺栓的选型提供了理论依据。To solve the leakage between coolant pump and transmission housing,taking the sealing gasket of coolant pump used in transmission as an example,the simulation results of the pressure of the bead were obtained by the finite element analysis software under the preloading and the nonlinear factors of gasket is considered,and compared with the surface pressure test.It is found that the surface pressure distribution is basically consistent,and the average error is about 7.53%,which verifis the accuracy of the calculation model.Finally,according to the coupling effect of thermal load and mechanical load of the coolant pump,the axial load change of the bolt and the surface pressure on the bead under various working condition are obtained.The results show that the designed sealing gasket can form a sealing ring greater than 50 MPa on the bead,and the axial load of the bolt is lower than the maximum allowable axial load,which meets the dual requirements of sealing gasket and bolt strength at the same time,it also provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent gasket design and bolt selection.
