摘　　要：目的探讨麻醉护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术(THA)高龄患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月于南昌大学第三附属医院收治的80例择期行THA的高龄患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参考组(40例)和观察组(40例)。参考组患者采用手术室常规护理,观察组患者在参考组的基础上采用麻醉护理配合。比较两组患者的抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)评分、并发症总发生率和护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者的DASS-21评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的DASS-21评分低于本组护理前,且观察组患者的DASS-21评分低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意度高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻醉护理配合应用于THA中,可以减轻高龄患者的负面情绪,减少其术后并发症的发生,提高其对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of anesthesia nursing combined with total hip arthroplasty(THA)in elderly patients.Methods Eighty elderly patients with THA who were admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the reference group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group patients received routine nursing care in the operating room,while the observation group patients received anesthesia nursing cooperation on the basis of the reference group.The depression anxiety stress scale(DASS-21)scores,total incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups of patients.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the DASS-21 scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the DASS-21 scores of the two groups of patients was lower than that before nursing,the DASS-21 score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of anesthesia nursing in THA can alleviate the negative emotions of elderly patients,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve their satisfaction with nursing work.
