摘　　要：目的探究繁简相宜健康教育在慢性肾衰血透患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年6月至2022年9月兴国县人民医院收治的80例慢性肾衰血透患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各40例。对照组接受常规健康指导,试验组接受繁简相宜式健康教育,持续1个月。比较两组血透知识掌握度、健康管理行为依从性、血透并发症发生情况。结果干预前,两组血透知识掌握度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组血透知识掌握度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组健康管理行为依从性高于对照组,血透并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论繁简相宜健康教育能够有效提高慢性肾衰血透患者知识掌握度及健康管理行为依从性,减少血透相关并发症的发生。Objective To explore the application effect of health education for the combination of simple and complex in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 80 hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Xingguo Peopl e's Hospital from June 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine health guidance,and the experimental group received simple and complicated health education for 1 month.The knowledge of hemodialysis,compliance of health management behavior,and the incidence of hemodialysis complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the mastery of hemodialysis knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the score of hemodialysis knowledge mastery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of health management behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of hemodialysis complications was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education of"complex and simple"can effectively improve the knowledge mastery and health management behavior compliance of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure,and reduce the occurrence of hemodialysis related complications.
