研究生教育个人收益率研究的现状、反思与未来趋势——基于计量方法的讨论

摘  要:从教育收益率的计量方法和模型出发,梳理了研究生教育个人收益率研究相关文献。使用明瑟收益率法计量发现研究生教育个人收益率较高,存在地域、性别、学科等结构性差异。使用内部收益率法计量发现公费研究生教育个人收益率较高,缺乏差异研究;自费研究生教育个人收益率相对较低,差异研究丰富。反思已有研究,学者们对明瑟收入方程进行了本土化改造,加入风险变量;内部收益率法计量内容上有所扩展、计量方法更加细化。未来在计量方法上需力求探索出最佳的计量模型,在计量内容上需重点关注“专硕”与“学硕”的收益率差异。Starting from the measurement methods and models of educational return rate,this paper reviews and sorts out relevant literature on the personal return rate of graduate education.Using the Mingser return method to measure,it was found that the personal return rate of graduate education is relatively high,with structural differences in geography,gender,and discipline.Using the internal rate of return method,we found that the personal rate of return of publicly funded graduate education is high,lacking of different research;The personal return rate of self funded graduate education is relatively low,and there is rich research on differences.Reflecting on existing research,scholars have localized the Mincer income equation by incorporating risk variables;The measurement content of the internal rate of return method has been expanded and the measurement method has been more refined.In the future,it is necessary to strive to explore the best measurement model in terms of measurement methods,and focus on the difference in return rates between"professional master's"and"academic master's"in terms of measurement content.
