女性外生殖器美学的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来随着国民生活水平提高,人们对美的需求不断增加,女性外生殖器虽然较为隐蔽,但其形态和功能不仅与生育密切相关,还对夫妻双方的感情和家庭稳定具有重要意义,外阴的异常或者缺陷容易诱发严重的心理障碍。统计发现,越来越多的女性开始寻求外生殖器整形手术,这些女性大多认为自己的外生殖器是“畸形、怪异、不正常”的,并希望通过手术获得一个“正常”的外生殖器,因此需对女性外生殖器美学问题进行系统而细致的研究,以达到正确引导女性对外生殖器的认知、规范手术操作、正确评估疗效、防止出现严重并发症的目的。该文将对女性外生殖器的美学研究进行综述。In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s demand for beauty has continued to increase.Although female external genitalia is relatively hidden,its shape and function are not only closely related to human reproduction,but also of great significance to the couple’s feelings and family stability.Abnormalities or defects of the external genitalia can easily induce serious psychological disorders.Many studies have found that more and more women are beginning to seek cosmetic and plastic surgery of female external genitalia.Most of these people think that their external genitals are“malformed,weird and abnormal”and hope to obtain a“normal”external genitalia through surgery.So it is necessary to carry out systematic and meticulous research on the aesthetics of female external genitalia,in order to guide women’s cognition of external genitalia correctly,standardize surgical operations,evaluate the effect of surgery and prevent serious complications.This paper summarizes the research development of the aesthetics of female external genitalia.
