摘　　要：通过现有文献整理,探求城市公共交通站点视觉引导系统设计理论之源。文章首先阐述了城市公共交通站点视觉引导系统设计的概念;其次,通过对现有研究文献的分析,梳理系统设计背后的理论本源,总结为符号学理论、认知心理学理论、寻路行为理论以及客户旅程理论;最后,针对城市公共交通站点视觉引导系统设计与研究切入点的差异,对选用不同的理论作出总结。通过文章的研究,以期为未来更广范围的城市公共交通视觉引导系统的设计与研究提供理论借鉴。Through the existing literature collation,the source of the visual guidance system design theory of urban public transportation stations is explored.Firstly,this paper describes the concept of visual guidance system design for urban public transport stations;secondly,through the analysis of the existing theory literature,the theory of the system design,cognitive psychology theory,road-finding behavior theory and customer journey theory;finally,according to the differences between the design of urban public guidance system.In order to provide theoretical reference for the design and research of visual guidance of urban public transportation system in the future.
