安装过盈量和水压对唇形密封圈密封性能的影响研究

摘  要:针对密封圈存在因接触压力过小和温度过高产生的失效问题,利用有限元软件,建立带V型板弹簧的唇形密封三维轴对称有限元模型,分析水压与安装过盈量对唇形密封圈密封性能的影响。结果表明:唇口接触宽度、最大接触压力和唇口温度都随安装过盈量的增大而增大,在相同的安装条件下,有弹簧比无弹簧的条件下唇口接触宽度、最大接触压力和最高温度更大;随着水压的增大,最大接触压力增大,受压侧比非受压侧受水压影响更大,接触压力的最大值出现在唇口尖端处。To handle the failure of the seal ring due to extremely small contact pressure and over high temperature,a three-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model of the lip seal with V-shaped plate spring is established based on the finite element software,and the effects of water pressure and installation interference on the sealing performance of the lip seal ring are analyzed.The results show that the lip contact width,maximum contact pressure and lip temperature increase with the increase of installation interference.Under the same installation conditions,the lip contact width,maximum contact pressure and maximum temperature with spring are greater than those without spring.With the increase of the water pressure,the maximum contact pressure at the lip increases,and the pressure side is more affected by the water pressure than the non-pressure side.The maximum contact pressure appears at the tip of the lip.
