摘 要:针对热压罐固化工艺复合材料蜂窝夹层构件的固化变形问题,以L型蜂窝夹层构件为研究对象,分析蜂窝夹层结构中蜂窝的几何因素对该构件固化变形影响规律。利用有限元仿真的方法,以L型构件的回弹角为评价指标,对蜂窝相对L型构件圆角的距离、蜂窝倒角和蜂窝厚度这3个几何因素对复合材料蜂窝夹层构件固化变形的影响进行研究。结果表明:蜂窝倒角对固化变形的影响最为显著,在设计蜂窝结构时,倒角应取30°;回弹角随蜂窝倒角增大而减小,固化变形随蜂窝位置远离圆角先增大后减小,随着厚度的增大而先增大后减小。To solve the curing deformation of composite honeycomb sandwich members with hot-pressing tank co-curing process,with the L-type honeycomb sandwich member as the research object,analyzes the influence of honeycomb geometric factors on the curing deformation of the component.By finite element simulation and with the springback angle of L-shaped component as the evaluation index,the influence on the curing deformation of composite honeycomb sandwich component by three geometric factors like the distance between honeycomb and L-shaped component,honeycomb chamfer and honeycomb thickness is studied.The results show that the honeycomb chamfer has the most obvious influence over the curing deformation,and the springback angle decreases with the increase of honeycomb chamfer,and the chamfer should be set as 30°in the design of honeycomb structure.The curing deformation increases first and then decreases with the honeycomb position away from the fillet,and increases first and then decreases with the thickness.
