双涵道中介机匣轮毂端壁构型设计及仿真分析

摘  要:针对径向落差比ΔR/L为0.38的双涵道中介机匣通道内二次流损失的问题,通过改变轮毂局部型面补偿支板带来面积堵塞的构型设计,提高了流场的品质。结果表明:设计方案减小了通道内二次流带来的损失,使中介机匣内涵道总压恢复系数提高到0.9939,内涵道总压损失系数降低了9.05%。For the secondary flow loss in the double-channel intermediate casing with radial drop ratioΔR/L of 0.38,change is made on the configuration design of the area blockage caused by the local profile of the hub to compensate the branch plate,which has improved the quality of the flow field.The numerical results show that the design scheme reduces the loss caused by secondary flow in the channel,and increases the total pressure recovery coefficient of the inner channel to 0.9939,and the total pressure loss coefficient of the inner channel is reduced by 9.05%.
