摘  要:针对剪切线机组中圆盘剪机架打不开的故障进行机械、液压、电气解耦分析,是刀轴膨胀滞后和圆盘剪电机动作不协调导致键与槽的错位所造成。对于控制系统中原来的2个独立PLC,放弃传统的搭建通信模块方式,采用搭建中间继电器的方式建立信息交流,并将其连锁信号作为圆盘剪和其他电机等建立速度和张力的必要条件。通过设置延迟动作时间及采用前馈控制方式,以补偿液压响应的滞后时间并替代传统液压系统的优化调整,解决了该机械故障,提高了生产效率。Hydraulic and electrical decoupling is analizedregarding the failure in opening the disc shear frame in shear line unit.It is found that the dislocation of the key and slot is caused by the expansion lag of the cutter shaft and the uncoordinated action of the disc shear motor.For the original two independent multi-PLC in the control system,the traditional way of building communication modules is abandoned,and the way of building intermediate relays is adopted to establish information exchange,and its interlocking signal is used as a necessary condition for establishing speed and tension for disc shears and other motors.By setting the delay action time and adopting the feedforward control mode,the lag time of hydraulic response is compensatedand the optimization and adjustment of the traditional hydraulic system is replaced,which solves mechanical faultand improves productivity.
