摘  要:结合PCTC特点,提出7000 PCTC双燃料滚装船的LNG燃料舱布置方案,进行LNG燃料舱和鞍座设计;运用AM模拟拆分组立,得出装配程序,结果表明,该设计的车辆通行没受到影响,根据载荷分布设计燃料舱和鞍座,通过了强度校核;模拟拆分组立,得出船体分段与鞍座可以实行一体化设计建造,设计方案解决了车辆甲板面积问题,提高了船舶稳性,扩大了先行组立范围,缩短了建造周期,形成了LNG燃料舱船体设计制造方法。In terms of the characteristics of pure car&truck carrier(PCTC),the layout scheme of the LNG fuel cabin was proposed for the 7000 PCTC dual fuel Ro-Ro ship,and the structure of LNG fuel tank and saddle was designed.Using the AM modeling,the group decomposition was made to get the assembly program.The results showed that the passage of the designed vehicle is not affected.The fuel tank and saddle were designed according to the load distribution and pass through the strength check.The disassembly and grouping was simulates,showing that the design and construction of the hull section and saddle can be integrated.This design scheme can solve the problem of car deck area,improve the stability of ship,expand the scope of the advanced group,shorten the construction cycle,and finally grasps the design and manufacturing method of LNG fuel cabin hull.
