摘 要:针对高端客滚船在破舱进水时船舶周围海域、甲板区域和限制区域的安全性监控和禁止非授权人员进入管制区域的监控需求,解读SOLAS\\ISPS法规、DNVGL规范要求,分析摄像机、工作站的硬件性能参数以及商业监控需求,明确视频监控系统设计原则和硬件选型,完成高端客滚船的视频监控系统设计,实船验证结果表明,该系统可以对客滚船各区域进行实时监控,有效预防突发事件的发生,保证客滚船的安全和顺畅。A video surveillance system of deluxe Ro-Ro passenger ship was designed to meet the safety monitoring needs of the sea area around the ship,deck areas and restricted areas,and the prohibition of unauthorized personnel from entering control areas in the condition of damage and flooding,the requirements of SOLAS\\ISPS regulations,DNVGL specification were interpreted.The hardware performance parameters of cameras and workstations and commercial monitoring requirements were analyzed,and the design principles and hardware selection of the video monitoring system were clarified,so as to complete the design of the video monitoring system.The actual ship verification results showed that the system can monitor various areas of Ro-Ro passenger ships in real time,effectively prevent emergencies,ensuring the safety and smoothness of Ro-Ro passenger ships.
