摘 要:针对某大型双燃料动力汽车运输船设计阶段振动分析及控制要求,采用有限元方法,建立该船局部/全船结构振动分析模型,计算评估该船振动关注区域在主要激振源作用下的结构共振风险及振动响应水平,结果表明,该船尾部甲板局部区域在螺旋桨引起的叶频脉动压力下的振动响应速度超出设计衡准,机舱等区域局部结构对主机第4、7阶倾覆力矩激励敏感,基于计算分析,从结构加强、调整主机侧向顶撑等方面制定减振方案并进行迭代计算优化,确定该船设计阶段综合减振措施,海上航行振动测试表明,该船振动水平较好地满足相关规范和标准要求。Aiming to the requirements of vibration analysis and control in the design stage for a large dual-fuel power pure car/trunk carrier(PCTC),the local and whole ship hull structure FE model was established to calculate and evaluate the structural resonance risk and vibration response level for the concerned areas of the ship under the main excitation sources.The calculation results showed that the vibration velocity response of some local aft deck areas exceed the criteria under the first blade frequency pulsation pressure induced by the propeller,and some local structures in the engine room area etc.are sensitive to the excitation of the main engine fourth and seventh overturning moment.Based on the numerical results,the vibration reduction scheme was formulated from the aspects of structure reinforcement,the lateral top bracing of the main engine.After iterative calculation and optimization,the comprehensive vibration reduction measures was determined.The sea trial vibration test showed that the vibration performance of the ship meets the requirement of relevant specification and standards.
