摘　　要：分析大型半潜船可伸缩全回转推进器在船坞内安装时的重点及难点,设计一套适合坞内安装的推进器安装工艺,根据推进器的整体构造以及相对船体结构的关系,在安装前需做好准备工作并确定安装程序,分析安装过程中的关键技术。推进器在安装后的成功调试表明,合理、高效、安全的安装工艺可以减少安装失误,并可以在短时间内完成推进器的的安装作业,降低建造成本。The important and difficult problem of installation of the retractable azimuthing thruster of large semi-submersible vessels in dock were analyzed.A set of thruster installation process suitable for dock installation was designed.According to the overall structure of the thruster and the relation to the hull structure,the preparation work and installation procedure must be made before installation.The key technology in the process of installation was investigated.The successful commissioning of the thruster after installation showed that a reasonable,efficient and safe installation process can reduce errors of the installation personnel in the process of installation,can complete the thruster installation in a short period of time,so as to reduce the construction cost.
