摘  要:针对大型客滚船配电系统复杂、失电后系统恢复时间长等问题,以某客滚船电力系统为例,分析配电板、发电机、变压器和清洁电源等主要电力设备的启动、开机、并机程序和连锁逻辑,以及主发电机控制系统的供电方案,通过改进电站管理系统软、硬件配置,将低压AC230 V主电网电压瞬间波动控制在1%以内,双机舱电网满足分区供电和并网运行的需求,关键设备在失电后45 s内可完成恢复供电,并可依照规范要求完成瘫船后的动力恢复。Considering large passenger ship power distribution system is complex,system recovery time is longer after black out,the power system of a large passenger ship was taken for example to analyze the procedure of the starting up,parallel operation and interlock logic for switchboard,generator,transformer,cleaning power unit etc.,as well as the power supply scheme for the control system of main generator.By improving the power management system software and hardware configuration,the instantaneous voltage fluctuation of the low-voltage AC230V main grid could be controlled within 1%.The power grid could meet the requirements of island operation and parallel operation.The power supply of essential equipment can be restored within 45s after black out,and the vessel power could recover after paralyzed ship according to the requirements of regulations.
