黑白摄影胶片在医用直线加速器质控中的应用

摘　　要：目的使用黑白全色摄影胶片在医用直线加速器质量控制时的具体实施方案与可行性,为医用直线加速器质量控制检测提供参考。方法主要参考标准为国家癌症中心、国家肿瘤质控中心于2020年发表的《医用电子直线加速器质量控制指南》。采用乐凯黑白全色胶片、Gafchromic RTQA2医用自显影胶片,对新疆医科大学第五附属医院在用的Varian Trilogy医用直线加速器进行连续12个月(2022年1—12月)的光射野一致性及辐射中心与旋转中心一致性(准直器旋转中心、机架旋转中心、治疗床旋转中心一致性)检测,共计48组数据,分析各项检测结果。结果使用黑白全色摄影胶片与和Gafchromic RTQA2医用自显影胶片分别进行光射野一致性检测的结果为(0.150±0.015)、(0.141±0.015)mm,准直器旋转中心为(0.167±0.014)、(0.133±0.014)mm,机架旋转中心为(0.225±0.018)、(0.233±0.014)mm,治疗床旋转中心为(0.200±0.021)、(0.233±0.019)mm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组成像检测结果均符合国家指南中检测标准。结论黑白全色摄影胶片在直线加速器质控中能为质量控制检测提供参考。Objective To provide a reference for the quality control of medical linear accelerators,the implementation and feasibility of using black and white panchromatic photographic film in the quality control of medical linear accelerators were discussed.Methods The main reference standard is the"Quality Control Guidelines for Medical Electronic Linear Accelerators"published by the National Cancer Center and the National Cancer Quality Control Center in 2020.Using Lekai black and white panchromatic film and Gafchromic RTQA2 medical autoradiography film,the Varian Trilogy medical linear accelerator in use in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University was tested for the consistency of the light field and the consistency of the radiation center and the rotation center(the consistency of the collimator rotation center,the rack rotation center,and the treatment bed rotation center)for 12 consecutive months(January December 2022).A total of 48 groups of data were analyzed for each test result.Results The results of light field consistency testing using black and white panchromatic photography film and Gafchromic RTQA2 medical autoradiography film were(0.150±0.015)mm and(0.141±0.015)mm,respectively,the collimator rotation centers were(0.167±0.014)mm and(0.133±0.014)mm,the frame rotation centers were(0.225±0.018)mm and(0.233±0.014)mm,and the treatment bed rotation centers were(0.200±0.021)mm and(0.233±0.019)mm,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the imaging test results of both groups met the detection standards in the national guidelines.Conclusion Black and white panchromatic photographic film can provide reference for quality control inspection in linear accelerator quality control.
