多层螺旋CT诊断急性胸腹部创伤的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对急性胸腹部创伤患者给予多层螺旋CT诊断后获得临床效果。方法选取2020年2月—2022年5月滕州市工人医院70例急性胸腹部创伤患者作为研究对象,对其展开X线检查和多层螺旋CT检查操作。将手术病理结果作为本次诊断金标准,对比两种检查方法的诊断准确率、有效放射剂量以及图像质量。结果所有患者经多层螺旋CT诊断后,确诊患者70例,诊断准确率为100.00%;所有患者经X线诊断后,确诊患者60例,诊断准确率为85.71%;两种检查方法诊断准确率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.100,P<0.05)。多层螺旋CT诊断的有效放射剂量同X线诊断进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多层螺旋CT诊断急性胸腹部创伤患者后,其Ⅰ级图像质量、Ⅱ级图像质量以及Ⅲ级图像质量同X线检查比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床针对急性胸腹部创伤患者在实施诊断期间,同X线检查比较,多层螺旋CT诊断准确率更高,并且在安全性以及图像质量方面,均表现出显著优势,可促进急性胸腹部创伤疾病的有效诊治。Objective To explore the clinical effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute thoracic and abdominal trauma.Methods From February 2020 to May 2022,70 patients with acute thoracic and abdominal trauma in Tengzhou Workers'Hospital were selected as the research objects,and their X-ray examination and multi-slice spiral CT examination were carried out.Used the surgical pathology results as the gold standard for this diagnosis,compared the diagnostic accuracy,effective radiation dose,and image quality of the two examination methods.Results After diagnosis with multi-slice spiral CT,70 patients were diagnosed with a diagnostic accuracy of 100.00%.After X-ray diagnosis,60 patients were diagnosed with a diagnostic accuracy of 85.71%,the difference in diagnostic accuracy between the two examination methods was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.100,P<0.05).The effective radiation dose of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis was compared with that of X-ray diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After diagnosing acute thoracic and abdominal trauma patients with multi-slice spiral CT,there was statistically significant difference in the image quality of grade I,grade II,and grade III compared to X-ray examination(P<0.05).Conclusion During the diagnosis of patients with acute chest and abdominal trauma,compared with Xray examination,multi-slice spiral CT has higher diagnostic accuracy,and shows significant advantages in terms of safety and image quality,which can promote the effective diagnosis and treatment of acute chest and abdominal trauma diseases.
