胸部CT诊断孤立性肺小结节的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价孤立性肺小结节患者应用胸部CT诊断的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月枣庄市中医医院收治的100例孤立性肺小结节患者为研究对象,全部均接受胸部CT诊断和X线诊断,根据病理穿刺活检结果作为金标准,对比两种诊断方式的效果。结果穿刺活检病理诊断结果的阳性率为21.00%,胸部CT诊断的阳性率为20.00%,X线诊断阳性率为14.00%。胸部CT诊断的敏感度(85.71%)、特异度(97.47%)和准确性(95.00%)高于X线诊断(28.57%、89.87%、77.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.083、4.167、16.056,P<0.05)。恶性组的结节直径、血流灌注量、血容量、强化峰值高于良性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孤立性肺小结节采用胸部CT诊断的效果突出,准确性较高。Objective To evaluate the effect of chest CT in the diagnosis of isolated pulmonary nodules.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,100 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules admitted to Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research object,all of whom received chest CT diagnosis and X-ray diagnosis.According to the results of pathological needle biopsy as the gold standard,the effects of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results The positive rate of biopsy pathology diagnosis was 21.00%,the positive rate of chest CT diagnosis was 20.00%,and the positive rate of X-ray diagnosis was 14.00%.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of chest CT diagnosis were 85.71%,97.47%,and 95.00%,respectively,higher than the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of X-ray diagnosis results(28.57%,89.87%,77.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.083,4.167,16.056,P<0.05).The nodule diameter,blood perfusion volume,blood volume,and enhancement peak in the malignant group were higher than those in the benign group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chest CT diagnosis of isolated pulmonary nodules is effective and accurate.
