摘　　要：IgG4相关性疾病累及脏器众多,涉及范围广泛,临床表现多样,就诊科室繁杂,误诊率与漏诊率均较高,给诊断与鉴别诊断带来极大困难。文章通过对IgG4相关性疾病不同器官病变的特征、诊断标准以及鉴别诊断等进行分析总结,以期帮助临床及病理医生全面熟悉和掌握IgG4相关性疾病的特点,提高诊断警觉性和正确性,减少误诊率和漏诊率。IgG4 related diseases involve numerous organs,involve a wide range of clinical manifestations,and have complex medical departments.The misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates are both high,posing great difficulties for diagnosis and differential diagnosis.The article analyzes and summarizes the characteristics,diagnostic criteria,and differential diagnosis of different organ lesions in IgG4 related diseases,in order to help clinical and pathological doctors fully understand and master the characteristics of IgG4 related diseases,improve diagnostic alertness and accuracy,and reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates.
