中药配方对鸡球虫病的防治效果研究

摘　　要：试验旨在评价常山、柴胡组成的中药配方对鸡球虫病的防治效果。对雏鸡进行人工感染一周,之后选择150只患病雏鸡随机分为3组,每组50只鸡。对照组雏鸡不饲喂任何抗球虫药;西药组采用0.2 mg/kg地克珠利混饮给药,连用5 d;中药组每只鸡灌服中药配方10 mL饮水给药,每日1次,连服5 d。结果显示:中药组和西药组雏鸡排出的卵囊数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),中药组的治疗效果较好。中药组的存活率和治愈率比对照组提高76.92%和215.38%(P<0.01),西药组的存活率和治愈率比对照组提高61.54%和169.23%(P<0.01)。中药组雏鸡增重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),西药组雏鸡增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,常山、柴胡组成的中药配方治疗鸡球虫病可提高鸡的存活率和治愈率,提高饲料转化率,治疗效果较好。The aim of the experiment was to evaluate the control effect of Chinese herbal formula composed of Radix dichroae and Radix bupleuri on coccidiosis of chicken.The chicks were artificially infected for a week,and then 150 sick chicks were randomly divided into three groups with 50 chicks in each group.The chicks in control group were not fed any anticoccidial drugs.The chicks in western medicine group was given 0.2 mg/kg dicketzulil mixed drink for 5 d.In Chinese medicine group,each chicken was given 10 mL of Chinese medicine formula with water once a day for 5 d.The results showed that the number of oocysts in Chinese medicine group and western medicine group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the Chinese medicine group had better treatment effect.The survival rate and cure rate of the Chinese medicine group were 76.92%and 215.38%higher than that of control group(P<0.01),and the survival rate and cure rate of western medicine group were 61.54%and 169.23%higher than that of control group(P<0.01).The weight gain of chicks in Chinese medicine group was extremely higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and that in western medicine group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that the Chinese medicine formula composed of Radix dichroae and Radix bupleuri can improve the survival rate and cure rate of chicken coccidiosis,improve the feed conversion rate,and the treatment effect was good.
