1例猫马醉木中毒引起急性肾脏损伤的临床诊治

摘　　要：马醉木(Pieris japonica)叶色丰富多彩,极易引起猫的好奇而导致误食。由于中毒所导致的肾脏损伤往往会在极短时间内对肾脏造成极大的冲击和损害,且易导致患猫预后不良甚至死亡。文章介绍1例由于猫误食马醉木后中毒引发的急性肾脏损伤病例的诊断治疗过程,讨论急性肾脏损伤在临床中,尤其是利用超声技术等方法进行诊断的方式和治疗方案,以期为临床诊治猫急性肾损伤提供参考。The rich and colorful leaves of Pieris japonica are easy to cause cats to be curious and eat.Kidney injury caused by poisoning often causes great impact and damage to the kidney in a very short time,and is easy to lead to poor prognosis and even death of the cat.The article introduces the diagnosis and treatment of acute renal failure caused by accidental ingestion of Pieris japonica intoxication in a cat,and discusses the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute renal failure in a cat,especially by ultrasonic technology,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute renal failure in a cat.
