摘　　要：犬急性胰腺炎是因胰腺酶消化胰腺自身以及胰腺周围组织所引起的一种炎症性疾病,临床上以突发性腹部剧痛、休克和腹膜炎为特征,可分为水肿型和出血坏死型。近年来犬急性胰腺炎发病率逐渐升高,病症发展快且易复发,成为临床中常见困扰宠物犬与宠主的一种疾病。文章通过记录1例急性胰腺炎患犬的诊断、治疗过程,了解犬急性胰腺炎的典型症状、临床确诊指证,完善治疗手法,为犬急性胰腺炎的临床诊治提供参考。Acute pancreatitis is an inflammatory disease caused by pancreatic enzyme digestion of the pancreas itself and surrounding tissues.It is clinically characterized by sudden abdominal pain,shock and peritonitis.It can be divided into edematous type and hemorrhagic necrosis type.In recent years,the incidence of acute pancreatitis in dogs has gradually increased,and the disease develops rapidly and is easy to relapse.It has become a common disease that troubles pet dogs and pet owners in clinic.The article recorded the diagnosis and treatment process of a case of acute pancreatitis in canine,to understand the typical symptoms of acute pancreatitis in canine,clinical diagnosis and evidence,improve treatment techniques,and provide references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis in canine.
