摘  要:试验旨在掌握张家口地区鸡感染球虫的田间地理虫株和耐抗球虫药的现状,为该地区使用抗球虫药提供指导。根据临床症状收集盲肠内容物和粪便,进行柔嫩艾美耳球虫卵囊的分离、培养与鉴定,根据最适抗球虫百分数、病变记分减少率、相对卵囊产量以及抗球虫指数等指标,以判定球虫分离株对磺胺氯吡嗪钠和地克珠利的耐药性。结果显示,张家口地区分离的球虫虫株为柔嫩艾美耳球虫,磺胺氯吡嗪钠组的最适抗球虫百分数(POAA)均大于50%,呈耐药阴性;地克珠利组POAA均小于50%,为耐药阳性。磺胺氯吡嗪钠组病变记分减少率(RLS)均为61.76%,呈耐药阴性;地克珠利组RLS分别为22.06%和21.18%,均小于50%,呈耐药阳性。地克珠利组的相对卵囊产量(ROP)均高于50%,表明分离虫株对地克珠利具有耐药性;磺胺氯吡嗪钠组的ROP值均低于15%,均为不耐药。磺胺氯吡嗪钠组1的ACI值达159.79,呈耐药阴性;地克珠利组抗球虫指数(ACI)分别为148.70和134.70,呈耐药阳性。研究表明,综合POAA、RLS、ROP和ACI等4项指标判定,分离虫株对磺胺氯吡嗪钠对地克珠利完全耐药,对磺胺氯吡嗪钠表现轻度耐药。建议该地区养鸡场停用地克珠利,将磺胺氯吡嗪钠列入非产蛋期抗鸡球虫病药物方案中。The aim of the experiment was to understand the geographical strains of coccidia-infected chickens and the status of resistance to coccidia-resistant drugs in Zhangjiakou area,and to provide guidance for the use of coccidia�resistant drugs in the area.The cecal content and feces were collected according to clinical symptoms,and the oocysts of E.tenella were isolated,cultured and identified.The resistance of coccidian isolates to sulfamiclopyrazine sodium and diclazuril was determined according to the optimal percentage of coccidian resistance,the reduction rate of lesion score,the relative oocysts yield and the index of coccidian resistance.The results showed that the coccidium strains isolated from Zhangjiakou area were E.tenella,and the POAA of the sulfachlorpyrazine sodium were all higher than 50%,showing negative drug resistance.POAA in diclazuril group was less than 50%,indicating positive drug resistance.The RLS of sulfachlorpyrazine sodium group were 61.76%,showing negative drug resistance.The RLS of diclazuril group were 22.06%and 21.18%,respectively,which were both less than 50%,showing positive drug resistance.The ROP values of diclazuril group were all higher than 50%,indicating that the isolates were resistant to diclazuril.The ROP values of sulfachlorpyrazine sodium group were all lower than 15%,and all were drug-resistant.The ACI value of sulfachlorpyrazine sodium group 1 was 159.79,showing negative drug resistance.ACI values of diclazuril group were 148.70 and 134.70,respectively,indicating positive drug resistance.The study indicates that the isolates are completely resistant to dikezulil and slightly resistant to sulfamethloropyrazine sodium by combining POAA,RLS,ROP and ACI.It is recommended that diclazuril be discontinued in chicken farms in the area,and sulfaclopyrazine sodium be included in the anti-coccidiosis drug regimen during non-laying period.
