马圆线虫病诊断与防治的研究进展

摘　　要：马圆线虫病是马属动物常见的一种消化道寄生虫病,成虫寄生于大肠,主要损伤肠道黏膜,使患病动物消瘦贫血、腹泻,大量寄生会引起肠绞痛和肠梗阻。部分马圆线虫幼虫生长过程中移行会对脏器造成严重的机械性损伤,引发的血栓性疝痛最为常见。马圆线虫病严重可导致宿主死亡,对畜牧业造成严重损失。文章从马圆线虫的国内外流行情况及近年来诊断、防治的研究进展等方面进行阐述,以期为相关疾病的临床防治提供参考。Equine strongylodiasis is a common parasitic disease of the digestive tract of equine animals.Adult worms parasiticate the large intestine,mainly damage the intestinal mucosa,and cause emaciation,anemia and diarrhea.A large number of parasitic worms can cause colic and intestinal blockage.The migration of some Strongylodes larvae during their growth can cause serious mechanical damage to the organs,and the most common cause is thrombotic colic pain.Equine strongylodiasis can lead to the death of the host and cause serious losses to animal husbandry.In the paper,the prevalence of Strongylus equis at home and abroad and the research progress in diagnosis and control in recent years were reviewed,so as to provide reference for clinical prevention and control of related diseases.
