摘 要:猪瘟给全球养猪业造成了严重的经济损失,因此快速准确的猪瘟病毒检测方法对及时有效防控猪瘟具有重要意义。文章总结了近年来猪瘟病毒快速检测方法的研究进展,包括基于血清学的检测(免疫层析技术、酶联免疫吸附试验和化学发光法等)和基于核酸的检测方法 (基于逆转录PCR的方法、基于实时荧光定量PCR的方法、环介导等温扩增、绝缘等温PCR、基于重组酶的核酸扩增、微阵列技术、依赖核酸序列扩增、原位杂交等),并对猪瘟病毒检测方法进行了总结及展望,以期为快速精准诊断及科学防控猪瘟提供参考。Swine fever has caused serious economic losses to the global pig industry,so rapid and accurate classical swine fever virus detection method is of great significance for timely and effective prevention and control of swine fever.The paper summarizes the research progress of rapid detection methods of classical swine fever virus in recent years.Including serology-based detection(immunochromatography,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,chemiluminescence assay,etc.)and nucleic acid based detection methods(reverse transcription PCR,real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,loop�mediated isothermal amplification,insulated isothermal PCR,recombinase-based nucleic acid amplification,microarray technology,nucleic acid sequence-dependent amplification,in situ hybridization,etc.).The detection methods of classical swine fever virus were summarized and prospected in order to provide reference for rapid and accurate diagnosis and scientific prevention and control of swine fever.
