摘 要:燃料棒锆合金包壳机械性能受氢含量的影响较大,由于中子与氢反应截面相对于锆合金基底要大得多,因此中子照相技术在锆合金氢含量定量分析中具有潜在应用价值。为将中子照相技术应用于锆合金含氢量定量分析中,本研究通过气相渗氢工艺获得具有不同氢含量的低锡Zr-4合金,并利用中国先进研究堆中子成像测试平台对样品进行中子成像,经过数据处理,获得了低锡Zr-4合金氢含量-灰度的定量关系,为中子照相技术应用于燃料棒包壳氢含量分析奠定了基础。The mechanical properties of Zircaloy cladding of nuclear fuel rods are greatly affected by the hydrogen content.Because the reaction cross section between neutron and hydrogen is much larger than that of Zircaloy substrate,neutron radiography has potential application value in quantitative analysis of hydrogen content of Zircaloy.In order to apply the neutron photography technology to the quantitative analysis of hydrogen content in Zircaloy,the low tin Zr-4 alloys with different hydrogen content were obtained by the dry hydrogen infiltration process,and the samples were imaged by the neutron imaging test platform in China Advanced Research Reactor(CARR).The linear relationship of the hydrogen content-gray value calibration curve of low tin Zr-4 alloy was obtained,which laid a foundation for the neutron photography to be applied to the analysis of hydrogen content in fuel rods.
