摘 要:目的探讨叙事教育对护理专科学生(护生)人文关怀能力的影响。方法采用整群抽样的方法,选取2020级护生4个班190人,再随机抽取2个班96人为传统教学组,另外2个班94人为叙事教学组。以内科护理学为例,传统教学组采用传统教学模式教学,叙事教学组在传统教学模式基础上增加叙事教育。比较教学前后叙事教学组与传统教学组学生的人文关怀能力得分变化及教学后理论和技能成绩的变化。结果叙事教学组教学后总分及各维度得分均有提高(t=-27.119~-6.78,P<0.001);除“形成人道利他价值观”“提供良好环境”维度得分外,传统教学组教学后其他维度得分也有增加(t=-15.179~-5.546,P<0.05);叙事教学组教学前后护生人文关怀能力各维度得分差值均高于传统教学组(t/z=-2.581~9.924,P<0.05);教学后,叙事教学组护生的理论、操作成绩均高于传统教学组(t=3.410、5.380,P均<0.001)。结论叙事教育可有效提高护生的人文关怀能力,同时,对提高护生理论和技能水平有积极效果。Objective To explore the influence of narrative education on the humanistic care ability of nursing students.Methods Cluster sampling was performed to select 190 nursing students from four classes of grade 2020.Two classes(96 students)were randomly selected as the traditional teaching group,and the other two classes(94 students)as the narrative tea-ching group.Taking internal medicine nursing as an example,the traditional teaching group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the narrative teaching group used narrative education plus the traditional teaching mode.The two groups were compared in the changes in humanistic care score and theory and skill scores.Results After education,the scores of all dimensions and the total score were significantly improved in the narrative teaching group(t=-27.119--6.78,P<0.001);and the traditional teaching group showed significantly improved performance in all dimensions except“cultivating values of humanitarianism and altruism”and“providing good environment”(t=-15.179--5.546,P<0.05).The changes in the scores of all dimensions of humanistic care were significantly greater in the narrative teaching group than in the traditional teaching group(t/z=-2.581-9.924,P<0.05).After intervention,the narrative teaching group had significantly higher theoretical and operational scores than the traditional teaching group(t=3.410,5.380;P<0.001).Conclusion Narrative pedagogy can effectively improve the humanistic care ability of nursing students,and also positively influence their theory and skill performance.
