摘 要:既有建筑框架柱采用外包钢加固技术时,为保留既有墙体,通常会将与框架柱相连的砌体墙凿除70~80cm空间用于框架柱加固,在凿除的过程中砌体墙的拉结筋会被破除,在后期恢复时会造成拉结筋无法连接,导致柱间墙成悬臂结构,存在一定的安全隐患。为解决框架柱外包钢加固技术存在的各种弊端,引入BIM技术提前定位,地面化制作“L”形半面框架柱外包型钢,根据原砌体墙拉结筋位置,在缀板上焊接“U”形拉结筋,便于新旧拉结筋连接,采用旧砖恢复外包钢作业空间凿除的砌体,整体上实现新旧墙体与框架柱的紧密连接,减少施工工序,加快施工速度,降低材料消耗量。When the frame column of existing building adopts external cladding steel reinforcement technology,the masonry wall connected with the frame column is usually cut out 70-80 cm space for frame column reinforcement in order to retain the existing wall,and the tie bars of the masonry wall will be broken in the process of cutting out,which will cause the tie bars to be unconnected in the later recovery,resulting in the cantilever structure of the intercolumn wall,with certain safety risks.In order to solve the various drawbacks of the frame column external cladding steel reinforcement technology,BiM technology was introduced to position the frame column external cladding steel in advance,the"L"shaped half-face frame column external cladding steel was made on the ground,and the"U"shaped tie bars were welded on the splice plate according to the original masonry wall tie bar position to facilitate the connection of the old and new tie bars.The old bricks are used to restore the masonry chiseled by the outer clad steel work space,and the overall tight connection between the old and new walls and frame columns is achieved,which reduces the construction process,speeds up the construction speed and reduces the material consumption.
