摘 要:为确保冬期预应力压浆的正常进行,从西安地区实际工程出发,依靠物理试验的方法,对低温条件下的不同保护层厚度和不同水灰比的压浆试件强度进行研究。发现了在低温条件下增加保护层厚度可以有效提高压浆料养护后强度,且在0.26、0.27、0.28等3种水灰比中,水灰比为0.27时浆料养护后的强度最大,因此采用高保护层厚度且水灰比0.27的压浆料强度满足工程实际要求,可有效保证冬期压浆质量。所得出的研究结论可供其他需要进行冬期预应力压浆施工的工程参考。In order to ensure normal winter pre-stressed grouting,the strength of pre-stressed grouting specimens with different protective layer thicknesses and different water-cement ratios under low temperature conditions was studied from the actual projects in Xi'an area,relying on the method of physical tests.It was found that increasing the thickness of the protective layer under low temperature can effectively improve the strength of the mortar after curing,and among the three water-cement ratios of 0.26,0.27 and 0.28,the strength of the mortar after curing was the highest when the water-cement ratio was 0.27.Therefore,the strength of the mortar with high protective layer thickness and water-cement ratio of 0.27 can meet the actual requirements of the project and can effectively ensure the quality of winter mortar.The conclusions of the study can be used as a reference for other projects that require winter pre-stresed grouting.
