高校后勤党建生态系统建设样态探析——以盐城工学院为例

摘　　要：高校后勤工作是“三全育人”的重要环节,也是高校对接新需求跨越式发展进程中的重要支撑。高校后勤以“育人”功能区别于社会服务,需要一个坚强的基层党组织为基石。“新时代建设什么样的高校后勤党建系统以服务高等教育发展”是当前高校后勤研究领域的关键问题。以盐城工学院为例,从“三系统+九要素”系统结构角度,分析以“党员-党支部-党委建设-党建文化”为基本脉络的高校后勤党建生态系统构建样态,立体、生动地呈现系统的理想结构关系及运行机理,为后勤党建、业务高质量互融提供了可以借鉴的思路。The logistics work of colleges and universities is an important link of"three guarantees of cultivate talents",and also an important service support in the process of leapfrog development of colleges and universities to meet new needs.The rear service in colleges and universities is different from the social service in the function of"cultivate talents"and needs a strong grassroots party organization as the cornerstone."What kind of party building system of university logistics should be built in the new era to serve the development of higher education"is the key issue in the field of university logistics research.Taking Yancheng Institute of Technology as an example,from the perspective of the system structure of"three systems+nine elements",this study analyzes the construction pattern of the logistics party building ecosystem in colleges and universities with the basic context of"party members-party branches-party committee construction-party building culture",presents the ideal structural relationship and operating mechanism of the system stereoscopically and vividly,and provides referential ideas for the high-quality integration of logistics party building and work.
