大学生心理约谈工作有效开展的新方式——基于焦点解决短期治疗的应用

摘　　要：基于当前大学生心理约谈工作存在的三个问题,在开展近120个大学生约谈的基础上,总结焦点解决短期治疗运用于大学生心理约谈的四个正向“赋能”特点。在此基础上,按照实际开展流程,阐述基于焦点解决短期治疗的大学生心理约谈的七个步骤,并对其现实意义与改进方向进行总结与思考。Based on the 3 weaknesses of the present interview mode and the practical work with about 120 college students,the essay first describes the 4 peculiarities of psychological interview by using solution-focused brief therapy.Then following the interview process,this paper shows the 7 steps of psychological interview by using solution-focused brief therapy with many concrete examples,and finally make a summary and introspection.
