社会经济地位、数字素养、代际支持与老年人社区智慧养老支付意愿——一个有中介的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:研究老年人社区智慧养老的支付意愿及其影响因素,促进社区智慧养老的可持续发展。方法:基于湖南省长沙市455位老人的微观调研数据,实证检验了社会经济地位对老年人社区智慧养老支付意愿的影响效应,论证了数字素养的中介作用与代际支持的调节作用。结果:老年人社区智慧养老的总体支付意愿较高但支付水平较低,而且社会经济地位越高的老年人,表现出更高的社区智慧养老支付意愿。此外,越年轻、身体越健康的城镇老人越倾向于支付社区智慧养老的费用。数字素养在社会经济地位与支付意愿之间具有部分中介作用。情感支持和生活照料负向调节社会经济地位与老年人社区智慧养老支付意愿的关系。结论:应通过提高老年人养老金、合理定价社区智慧养老产品及服务、普及老年人数字素养教育等措施促进老年人社区智慧养老支付意愿,提升老年人养老的获得感。Objective To study the willingness of the elderly to pay for smart elderly care in communities and its influencing factors,so as to promote the sustainable development of smart elderly care in communities.Methods Based on the micro survey data of 455 elderly people in Changsha,the effect of socio-economic status on their willingness to pay for intelligent elderly care in communities was empirically tested,and the intermediary role of digital literacy and the regulatory role of intergenerational support were demonstrated.Results The overall willingness of the elderly to pay for smart elderly care in communities was high,but their payment level was low.The elderly with higher social and economic status showed higher willingness to pay for community smart elderly care.In addition,the younger and healthier the urban elderly are,the more likely they are to pay for the smart elderly care in the community.Digital literacy plays a partly intermediary role between socio-economic status and willingness to pay.Emotional support and life care negatively regulate the relationship between socio-economic status and the willingness to pay for intelligent elderly care in community.Conclusion It is suggested to improve the pension of the elderly,reasonably price community smart eld-erly care products and services,and popularize digital literacy education for the elderly,which can promote the elderly's willingness to pay for smart elderly care in community.
