摘　　要：塞尼风电项目是中国企业在克罗地亚投资的第一个大型清洁能源项目。在推进塞尼风电场建设的过程中,负责该项目的项目部克服严峻的外部高压,使项目顺利完成并网,实现了零安全事故的“中国奇迹”。塞尼风电项目的顺利完成不仅丰富了中资企业在东欧新能源市场的经验与判断,也展示了中国建立“一带一路”绿色发展国家联盟的诚意与实力。In the process of promoting the construction of the Senj Wind Farm,the project department in charge of the project overcame the severe external high voltage,so that the project was successfully connected to the grid,and achieved the“Chinese miracle”of zero safety accidents.The successful completion of the Senj wind power project not only enriches the experience and judgment of Chinese enterprises in the new energy market in Eastern Europe,but also demonstrates China's sincerity and strength in establishing the “Belt and Road”national alliance for green development.
