摘 要:目的:探讨父母小组式培训联合患儿感觉统合治疗在小儿注意缺陷多动障碍中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月—2021年4月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的92例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿作为研究对象,采用简单随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组各46例。对照组采用父母小组式培训治疗,观察组采用父母小组式培训联合患儿感觉统合治疗,两组患儿均持续治疗2个月。评估两组患儿的临床有效率,采用Conner行为评定量表评定两组患儿治疗前后的行为能力,采用感觉统合评定量表评定两组患儿的综合能力。结果:两组患儿治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(t=2.853,P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组焦虑紧张、品行问题、学习问题及多动指数等行为能力评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.993、2.287、3.417、2.106,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组身体运动协调障碍、前庭平衡功能障碍、听觉语言障碍、结构和空间知觉障碍等综合能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.234、2.576、6.358、4.325,P<0.05)。结论:父母小组式培训联合患儿感觉统合治疗在小儿注意缺陷多动障碍中的应用效果较好,有利于纠正患儿不良行为,提高其综合能力。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of parent group-based training combined with sensory integration therapy for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods:92 cases of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and con⁃trol group using a simple randomization method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with parental group training,and the observation group was treated with parental group training combined with child sensory integration therapy.The clinical efficiency of the children in both groups was evaluated,and the behavioral ability of the children in both groups before and after treatment was assessed using the Conner Behavior Rating Scale,and the overall ability of the children in both groups was as⁃sessed using the Sensory Integration Rating Scale.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups of children(t=2.853,P>0.05).After treatment,the behavioral ability scores of anxiety and tension,character problems,learning problems and hyperactivity index were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=2.993,2.287,3.417,2.106,P<0.05).After treatment,the combined ability scores of body movement coordination disorder,vestibular balance dysfunction,auditory language disorder,and structural and spatial perception disorder were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically signifi⁃cant differences(t=2.234,2.576,6.358,4.325,P<0.05).Conclusion:Parental group training combined with child sensory integra⁃tion therapy is more effective in pediatric attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,which helps to correct the child’s bad behavior and improve his or her overall ability.
