超声对腘窝囊肿破裂的诊断及鉴别诊断的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨高频超声对腘窝囊肿破裂的诊断与鉴别诊断应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2018年3月-2021年4月深圳市龙岗中心医院19例超声诊断为腘窝囊肿破裂患者的超声图像,后经手术、穿刺或磁共振成像(MR)证实的,对比超声诊断的符合率。结果:超声诊断为19例腘窝囊肿破裂中,16例确诊为表现为腘窝囊肿破裂,2例为小腿肌间血肿,1例为肌内静脉血栓,超声诊断符合率为84.2%。结论:高频超声对胭窝囊肿破裂具有较高的诊断价值,可作为首选检查方法,对临床进一步诊断与治疗具有重要指导意义。Objective:To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of rup-tured popliteal cysts.Methods:The ultrasound images of 19 patients with an ultrasound diagnosis of a ruptured popliteal cyst later confirmed by surgery,puncture,or magnetic resonance imaging(MR)from March 2018-April 2021 at the hospital were retrospec-tively analyzed.The compliance rate of ultrasound diagnosis was compared.Results:Among the 19 cases of popliteal cyst rup-ture diagnosed by ultrasound,16 cases were diagnosed as popliteal cyst rupture,2 cases as intermuscular hematoma of the calf,and 1 case as intramuscular vein thrombosis,with an ultrasound diagnostic compliance rate of 84.2%.Conclusion:High-frequen-cy ultrasound has a high diagnostic value for ruptured carotid cysts and can be used as the preferred examination method,which is an important guide for further clinical diagnosis and treatment.
