摘　　要：目的:调查生育政策转型期上海市经产妇妊娠间隔(interpregnancy interval, IPI)现状并分析其相关因素,为进一步推进生育政策和完善社会服务提供参考。方法:对2021年3-8月在上海市某三甲妇产专科医院建卡产检的657例经产妇进行问卷调查,采用广义线性模型分析IPI的相关因素。结果:经产妇IPI均值为5.97年,中位数为5.13年。较大年龄、有流产史、上次分娩方式为剖宫产的经产妇,IPI更长;学历为研究生或本科、经产≥2次、意外怀孕、上次孕产有合并症或并发症、本人健康现状自评一般或较差、上个孩子育儿照护主要承担者是保姆或幼托机构、家庭日常家务主要承担者是父母或公婆、本人无业或失业的经产妇,IPI更短(P<0.05)。结论:生育政策转型期上海市经产妇妊娠间隔处于较长水平,妊娠间隔的长短与个人、健康、家庭和工作因素都有关。Objective:To investigate the current situation and associated factors of interpregnancy interval(IPI)among multiparous women in Shanghai during the transition period of fertility policy,so as to provide reference for further promotion and improvement for reproductive policy and social services.Methods:A total of 657 multiparous women who had made registration and received routine antenatal care in a tertiary maternity hospital of Shanghai were surveyed by questionnaires.The generalized linear model was used to analyze associated factors of IPI.Results:The mean interpregnancy interval among multiparous women was 5.97 years,with a median of 5.13 years.Older age,history of abortion,and history of cesarean delivery were significantly associated with longer IPI.The education level of postgraduate or undergraduate,more than twice parities,unplanned pregnancy,previous childbirth comorbidity or complications,reporting moderate or poor health status,nanny or childcare institution taking on most childcare for current children,parents or parents-in-law taking on most household chores,and unemployment were significantly associated with shorter IPI(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interpregnancy interval of multiparous women in Shanghai during the transition period of fertility policy is at a relatively long level.The interpregnancy interval is associated with their personal,health,family and work factors.
