摘  要:为改善我国涉粉行业的安全现状,降低粉尘爆炸的危险性,笔者成功改性了一种膨润土材料并在自行搭建的粉尘爆炸火焰传播装置中,成功验证了不同粒径和质量浓度的改性膨润土材料对200g/m^(3)、500目PMMA粉尘爆炸火焰传播的抑制效果,并分析了其抑爆机理。试验结果表明:改性膨润土材料具有一定的抑爆性能,且抑制效果随着改性膨润土材料粒径减小和质量浓度增加而增强,不同浓度大粒径改性膨润土材料对PMMA粉尘的最大爆炸火焰传播速度抑制率分别为2.81%、15.47%、21.38%、63.57%;不同浓度小粒径改性膨润土材料的最大爆炸火焰传播速度抑制率分别为25.73%、26.16%、56.68%、31.50%.In order to improve the current safety situation of China's powder-related industries,reduce the risk of dust explosion,this paper successfully modified a bentonite material and in the self-built dust explosion flame propagation device,successfully verified the different particle sizes and mass concentrations of modified bentonite material on 200 g/m 500 mesh PMMA dust explosion flame propagation inhibition effect,and analyze the mechanism of its explosion suppression.Experimental results show that the modified bentonite material has a certain explosion suppression performance,and the inhibition effect increases with the reduction of modified bentonite material particle size and the increase of mass concentration;the maximum flame propagation velocity inhibition rates of modified bentonite materials with different concentrations and large particle sizes for PMMA dust are 2.81%,15.47%,21.38%and 63.57%;the minimum flame propagation velocity inhibition rates of modified bentonite materials with different concentrations and large particle sizes for PMMAdustare25.73%,26.16%,56.68%,31.5%.
