摘  要:为实现楼宇的低碳经济调度,在考虑光伏不确定性的影响下,提出一种基于分布鲁棒机会约束的多类型楼宇电能–碳排放权联合分布式交易方法。首先,考虑3种不同类型楼宇的运行特性,建立多类型楼宇电–碳联合交易模型,实现不同楼宇间电能和碳排放权共享。其次,采用分布鲁棒机会约束处理楼宇光伏的不确定性,构造基于矩信息的楼宇电–碳分布鲁棒模型,并基于条件风险值和对偶理论,将所提分布鲁棒模型转化为二阶锥规划问题。然后,采用交替方向乘子法实现多类型楼宇电–碳协调分布式交易,有效保护楼宇内部隐私。最后基于非对称纳什议价方法,提出一种基于楼宇贡献度的电–碳利润分配方法,该方法通过共享电能和共享碳排放权决定楼宇贡献度。算例测试表明,所提方法能有效降低楼宇运行成本和碳排放,并在兼顾经济性与可靠性的同时实现楼宇利润的公平合理分配。To realize the low-carbon economic scheduling of buildings,this paper proposes an electricity-carbon emission right joint distributed trading method for the multi-type buildings based on the distributional robust chance constraint considering the PV uncertainty.Firstly,,considering the operational characteristics of three different types of buildings,an electricity-carbon trading model is established for the multi-type buildings to realize electricity and carbon emission right sharing.Secondly,the distributional robust chance constraint is used to deal with the PV uncertainty of the buildings.A moment information-based electricity-carbon distributional robust model is constructed.Then,the proposed model is transformed into an tractable second-order cone program based on the conditional value-at-risk and the duality theory.Next,the alternating direction method of multiplies is applied to realize the electricity-carbon distributed trading among the buildings,which effectively protects the internal privacy of the buildings.Finally,based on the asymmetric Nash bargaining method,a rational profit distribution method based on the building contributions is designed,where the building contributions are determined by the shared electricity and carbon emission rights.The case test shows that the proposed method is able to effectively reduce the building’s operation cost and carbon emission,achieving a fair and reasonable distribution of the building profits while taking into account the economy and reliability.
