摘 要:随着碳排放权与可再生能源配额制的推进,建设以电市场为主导的碳绿联合市场将成为未来电力市场发展的重要方向,而电氢耦合系统的高灵活性是实现风光规模化发展的重要方案。基于这一背景,该文构建了计及经济、稳定、环境3方面最优的电–碳–气–绿证市场耦合下的电氢耦合系统多目标运行优化模型。为验证模型的有效性,选取某地电氢耦合系统进行算例分析,比较5种情景下的运行结果。结果表明,电–碳–气–绿证联合交易机制下,所建立模型可在提高系统经济效益的同时,提升系统供能稳定性,降低碳排放量。With the promotion of carbon emission rights and renewable energy quota systems,building a carbon-green joint market led by the electricity market will become an important direction for the development of the future electricity market,and the high flexibility of the electro-hydrogen coupling system is an important plan to realize the large-scale development of the wind and electricity.Based on this background,this paper constructs a multi-objective operation optimization model of the electric-hydrogen coupling system under the coupling of electricity,carbon,gas and the green card market,which considers the three aspects of economy,stability and environment.To verify the effectiveness of the model,the electric and hydrogen coupling system in a certain place is selected for the example analysis,and its operation results under five scenarios are compared.The results show that under the electricity-carbon-gas-green card joint trading mechanism,the established model is able to improve the economic benefits of the system,increase the stability of the system energy supply,and reduce the carbon emissions.
