摘  要:含风电场电力系统的无功和电压波动特性复杂,且风机对电网电压的敏感性使其发生大规模连锁脱网的概率显著增加,对系统安全稳定造成严重威胁。风电电压主动支撑技术可提高场站对电网电压的支撑能力,减少电压扰动对风电及其接入系统的影响,是构建新型电力系统的关键技术之一。该文首先梳理了国内外风电并网规范要求,总结了风电电压主动支撑的概念及特点;其次针对几种典型的稳态电压主动支撑技术,从机组性能、控制能力、运行差异及协调配合等方面进行综述;在此基础上,阐述了应对电网电压骤降、送端电压骤升及电压连续骤变的主动支撑技术;最后,对风电电压主动支撑技术的发展趋势及后续研究方向进行了展望。The reactive power and voltage fluctuation of the power system with wind farms have complex characteristics,and the sensitivity of wind turbines to the grid voltage significantly increases the probability of large-scale cascading disconnections,which poses a serious threat to the security and stability of the system.The voltage active support technology of wind power can support the grid voltage and reduce the impact of voltage disturbance both on the wind power and the power system.It is one of the key technologies for building a future new power system.In this paper,firstly,the requirements of wind power grid connection specifications at home and abroad are sorted out,and the concept and characteristics of the wind power voltage active support are summarized.Secondly,the different steady-state voltage active support technologies are reviewed,considering the unit performance,the control capability,the operation difference,and the coordination.Thirdly,the voltage active support technology for dealing with the voltage dipping,the voltage swelling and the voltage continuous abruptting changes of the power grid is expounded.Finally,the development trends and future research directions of the wind power voltage active support technology are prospected.
