摘 要:基于微网群系统可再生能源高渗透率及多主体利益分配问题,提出一种计及混合时间尺度的微网群多重博弈协同调度方法。首先,综合考虑需求侧资源响应速度的差异性和可再生能源出力的不确定性,建立计及碳交易机制的日前–日内–实时逐级递进调度模型;进而,针对微网群内售电微网和购电微网在电能交易中的利益诉求和新能源消纳问题,在实时调度阶段构建基于购电微网选择状态的演化博弈模型、基于售电微网之间价格竞争机制的非合作博弈模型以及基于购售电微网互动关系的主从博弈模型,并采用并行分布式方法求解博弈模型的均衡策略。最后,通过不同调度场景分析所提策略在微网群系统调度中的优势。A multi-game cooperative scheduling considering the hybrid time scale is proposed based on the high penetration rate of renewable energy and multi-agent benefit distribution in a microgrid cluster system.Firstly,considering the different response speeds of the resources on the demand side and the uncertainty of the renewable energy output,a day-ahead-intradayreal time progressive dispatch model with the carbon trading mechanism is established.Furthermore,aiming at the interest demands and new energy consumption of the power selling microgrid and the power purchasing microgrid in the power trading in a microgrid group,an evolutionary game model based on the selection state of the power purchasing microgrid,a non-cooperative game model based on the price competition mechanism between the power selling microgrids and a stackelberg game model describing the interactive relationship between the power purchasing and selling microgrids are constructed in the real-time scheduling stage.Then,the parallel distributed method is used to solve the equilibrium strategy of the game model.Finally,the advantages of the proposed strategy in the dispatching of the microgrid cluster system are analyzed by setting different scheduling scenarios.
