摘  要:解列是避免电力系统发生连锁故障及大范围停电的最后一道防线,而解列断面的确定对于解列后孤网系统的安全稳定至关重要。针对现有解列断面分析方法未考虑潮流冲击、电压稳定约束等问题,提出了一种考虑频率及电压稳定约束的主动解列最优断面搜索模型,以系统潮流冲击最小为目标,在满足机组同调分群约束和系统连通性等约束的基础上,通过建立频率稳定约束对解列后孤岛产生的不平衡功率大小进行限制以提高解列后孤岛频率的稳定性;同时引入电压稳定指标,通过推导得到该指标与切负荷变化之间的灵敏度矩阵,得到线性化的电压稳定约束以提高孤岛电压稳定裕度。最后,通过修改后的新英格兰39节点系统进行仿真分析,验证了该文所提出的主动解列最优断面搜索方法的有效性。Splitting is the last line of defense to avoid cascading failures and large-scale blackouts of power system,and the determination of splitting sections is crucial to the safety and stability of islands after splitting.In view of the problems that the existing analysis method of splitting sections doesn’t consider power flow disruption,voltage stability constraints and poor engineering availability,this paper proposed a model considering frequency and voltage stability constraints for optimal partition search,with minimum system power flow disruption,on the basis to meet generator coherency and system connectivity constraints,the stability of island frequency is established by limiting the unbalanced power generated by islanding At the same time,the voltage stability index is introduced,and the sensitivity matrix between the index and the change of load shedding is deduced,and the voltage stability margin in islands is improved according to the system state.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation analysis of the modified New England 39-bus system.
