摘  要:模块化多电平换流器(modularmultilevelconverter,MMC)交直流侧谐波会交互影响并产生新的谐波,导致电压、电流波形畸变,甚至引起直流网络谐振及谐波不稳定。MMC谐波耦合过程复杂,为更清晰地揭示MMC交直流侧谐波传导特性,基于平均值模型和调制原理,根据平均开关函数与桥臂电流、电压的关系,推导出由初始谐波电流产生的新谐波电压及谐波电流表达式,完整分析了MMC交直流侧谐波传导特性,揭示了谐波频率和相序变换关系。然后根据MMC谐波传导特性,提出一种先迭代再将同频谐波相叠加的定量计算方法,可以精确计算MMC交直流侧谐波产生的各次新谐波的幅值和相位。最后在PSCAD/EMTDC中仿真验证了谐波传导特性分析及所提谐波定量计算方法的正确性。Modular multilevel converter(MMC)AC/DC side harmonics will interact and generate new harmonics,distorting voltage and current waveform,and even causing DC network resonance and harmonic instability.The MMC harmonic coupling process is complicated.To reveal the AC/DC side harmonic transfer characteristics of the MMC more clearly,based on the average value model and the principle of modulation,according to the relationship between the average switching function,the arm current,and arm voltage,the new harmonic voltage and harmonic current expressions generated by the initial harmonic current are derived,and the AC/DC side harmonic transfer characteristics of the MMC are completely analyzed,revealing the transformation relationship of harmonic frequency and phase sequence.Then,according to the harmonic transfer characteristics of MMC,a quantitative calculation method that iterates first and then superimposes harmonics of the same frequency is proposed,which can accurately calculate the amplitude and phase of each new harmonic generated by the harmonics on the AC/DC side of MMC.Finally,the simulation in PSCAD/EMTDC verifies the correctness of the harmonic transfer characteristic analysis and the proposed harmonic quantitative calculation method.
