摘 要:电力电子变压器(power electronics transformer,PET)作为交直流混合配电网的核心设备,其稳定性是交直流混合电网安全运行的关键指标。该文针对典型三级型电力电子变压器,分别建立了三级型PET整流级、隔离级和逆变级的小信号模型,验证了电磁模型和所建立的小信号模型准确性;基于特征值分析法对三级型PET稳定性进行分析,研究PET控制系统参数变化时特征值轨迹变化规律,结合特征值分析对系统控制参数进行了校正;最后,搭建仿真系统分析了负荷突增以及负荷不平衡两种工况下PET的动态特性,验证了特征值分析结果的正确性。As the core equipment of an AC/DC hybrid distribution network,the stability of the Power Electronics Transformer(PET)is the key index of the safe operation of the AC/DC hybrid distribution network.Aiming at the typical three-stage power electronic transformer,the small signal models of the three-stage PET with the rectifier stage,the isolation stage and the inverter stage are established respectively,and the accuracy of the electromagnetic model and the established small signal models is verified;Based on the eigenvalue analysis method,the stability of three-stage PET is analyzed.The change law of the eigenvalue trajectory is studied when the parameters of the PET control system change.Combined with the eigenvalue analysis,the system control parameters are corrected;Finally,a simulation system is built to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the PET under the two working conditions of sudden load increase and load imbalance,and the correctness of the eigenvalue analysis results is verified.
